I have set up the account so it sends emails when a new post or comment has been made on the blog...if you do not wish to recieve email notifcation just reply with an email with the word unsubscribe in the header.
This is pretty much a test blog to see if it works - but there have been heaps of really good postings made before this one ;) lol
